I rented tablecloths from BNB for an 80th birthday celebration. The process was extremely easy and quick. On the day of pickup, the linen was clean, pressed, folded and placed under clear bags to keep them from being messed up during transport. This saved so much time for me at setup. They even provided laundry bags to place the used linen in to return after the event. I would definitely uses BNB again and again. Thank you Ms. Wendy for the professional service you provide for us decorators.

I came across BNB Events Decor after being informed that Walmart doesn’t inflate balloons anymore, and Dollar Tree having a limited balloon selection that didn’t fit my needs. I called BNB to make sure they inflate balloons and had the balloon style I was looking for — and they did!! I received pleasant and friendly customer service over the phone and in-person when I went to buy the balloons at their Pikesville location (I was cutting it close on time, so make sure you get there at least 30min before close to have your order ready)! I would definitely recommend and utilize business again.

I searched high and low for a damask tablecloth, and this was the only place I found it. When I called the lady that answered was so nice. I was even looking for a few swags/ties. She said she would call me back after she looked. She didn't find damask swag. However, she did suggest a matching plain color. The linen came pressed on hangers. They also provided a bag for return. My event was on a Saturday. I was allowed to pick the items up on Fri and return Monday... talking about thankful! I will definitely use this vendor again.
I absolutely love this place! Had an emergency with chair covers that didn't come on time and Ms. Pat handle my situation with care and very timely. I appreciate someone at a business caring enough for their customers and go above and beyond. I recommend this establishment for your event and decor needs. You will not be disappointed!
We called this business the morning of my daughter's first birthday party after realizing that we had forgotten to rent chairs for our guest to sit. It was Cinco de Mayo and i realized we may have been asking for a lot. Wendy answered our call, took a second to verify their inventory to ensure they could accommodate our request and assisted my husband upon pick up. The process for pick up and drop off were extreme seamless and smooth.We used to drive nearly 45min into the city for our rentals, but since finding this place, we will gladly continue giving them our business for years to come.

This place made me feel like I was the only customer. From the initial phone call, I was impressed with the service. The selections are great. The rental items were nice and intact, I've experienced some other companies that give less than desired linens. The linens were clean and pressed nicely. Pickup was fast and smooth. You prepay online so it's very convenient. I needed to do a few last minute items and received them immediately as if it was ordered in advance. Drop off was even more convenient. I had to go to work and was able to drop off before work even though they weren't even open. I highly recommend this rental company, you will not be disappointed. I look forward to using them again.
