Do you have a minimum order amounts?
There is no minimum on pick up orders, our minimum for delivery is $100.
Are there any delivery or setup charges?
Delivery and set up charges are applied based on distance and the amount of decor that has to be set up.
Do you have an office I can come to?
Yes we do, which includes a showroom filled with displays of our designs.
Can I rent decor pieces to decorate my event myself?
Yes, we have several decor pieces available for rent.
At what point can I no longer cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 30 days before the date of your event, at which time you will be given a store credit which is valid for a year.

How far do you travel?
We service the Maryland/DC Metro Area.
How far in advance should I order?
As soon as you have a date and venue, as many of our clients book as far as a year in advance and event dates can fill in quickly.
How long does your setup usually take?
Most of our designs can be set up in less than two hours as most of the construction is done at our facility and transported to your venue.
